There are several points in the UK calendar where everything seems to grind to a halt.

The Easter bank holiday weekend is top 2 in terms of things slowing down in respect of candidates calling, clients responding etc. Even incoming spam sales calls have dropped.

A big thank you to all the blue light services, the retail and hospitality sectors, armed forces and all those that work throughout the period keeping us happy and safe.

When I started my career in recruitment, I would have added a big thank you to all the computer operators and shift staff keeping our tech working.
