I cannot recommend Roger and the team at Jump IT enough. When I started searching for a new position, I made the usual steps of uploading CVs and browsing the job boards. Jump IT is the exact opposite, they spent time talking with me, understanding exactly what I was searching for. In the end, they approached me about a position that I wasn’t originally in the market for but they thought could be well suited to my skill set.
