I am so fortunate to have grown up and live where I do.

𝐓𝐮𝐧𝐛𝐫𝐢𝐝𝐠𝐞 𝐖𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐬 is a lovely, safe town with loads of green spaces, independent shops, a thriving cultural scene and tons of restaurants to enjoy.

Yes, it’s hilly, yes, it has its fair share of charity shops, high-priced housing, and yes, it suffers from traffic issues often – VERY often!

Currently, someone somewhere has decided it would be a great time to start roadworks on virtually every major artery into town, creating gridlock in the mornings.

Without getting too much into the whys, how did this happen etc. the main question most locals seem to have is, why is this not done during school holidays when traffic flow is less?
