Today, the news focus seems to be on the budget and its possible impact on business, money and finances.

Early this morning, I bumped into a small business owner like myself.

We often talk, but today I detected, he didn’t seem his normal happy self. I asked why.

His brother was in a London hospital to have surgery for lung cancer. His family were all very worried.

We didn’t discuss business, what the budget may mean to us, but we spoke about life, family, positive things and obviously his brother.

Today’s budget, work and life in general may not turn out as you plan but do have some perspective around what you do have in life.

Your health is, above all, more important than anything else… and enjoy the wonderful things we do have in the UK, like a fabulous free NHS health service.
