Roger Wood — Owner
Roger has 35 years IT/Technology experience in recruitment and specialises across all aspects of IT. If you have had a recruitment situation happen, Roger would have experienced it.

Karen Burke — Senior Account Manager
Karen has over 10 years of working at Jump IT across all types of vacancies and sector. Prior to this she had years of experience working in HR/Office management, In a previous life she worked at Virgin Atlantic for 10 years and also GMTV. Friend to celebrities, she also has a side hustle – GoGoosey

With over 30 years of experience in IT / Technology recruitment, Roger is our resident recruitment guru to call upon. Having worked through a recession, the feared year 2000 meltdown and the financial crisis of 2010, he truly has seen it and done it in recruitment experiencing the good and difficult times.
