Job Description

Configuration, Support, SQL (select, insert, delete and queries), JIRA, ITIL, Customer Support, Training.

We have a unique opportunity for someone to join our SaaS Technology client helping to provide technical customer support following software implementations!

The ideal candidate will be:

* Degree level education, or A level in IT/Tech
* Customer facing, comfortable trouble shooting / problem solving technical problems
* Calm, methodical approach to work
* A good team player, willing to impart their technical knowledge to others

Technically some IT skills around SQL, supporting customers / users using JIRA or ITIL. Some understanding of working in an SLA environment too with KPI’s needed.

This is a permanent role only with a small dynamic IT company that works with large corporate customers UK wide.
