Jump IT has two new opportunities for experienced Customer Success Managers / Senior Account Managers to join its client helping to deliver a supreme customer service and deliver new business opportunities.
The role is not direct, hard selling of SaaS products but involves a relationship management approach to ensure the following successful outcomes:-
* Customer Satisfaction
* Customer product renewal
* Upsell / Cross Selling for new products and identifying new opportunities.
There will be targets and expectation of deliverables to be met. You will be expected to successfully engage with senior customer stakeholders and deliver continued service excellence.
Any exposure to Saas or corporate Telecoms (BT, Vodafone, O2 etc.) a bonus.
Permanent roles only.
