Our client is a successful tech company based Croydon.

Due to continued growth they need to recruit an additional person to join the Support Team providing sypport to the Dynamics CRM

It is absolutely essential that you have commercial experience of supporting Dynamics 365 or Dynamics CRM.

It is not a developer role or consultancy role but help / support desk.

Duties will include call taking; call logging; 1st and 2nd line technical resolution of MS Dynamics issues.

The client is open to flexibility around working from home / in the office but the key requirement is MS Dynamics Help Desk support experience and not just being a user of dynamics.
