Our client is looking to recruit an additional MS Dynamics support professional to join its team.
The role will work directly with customers so you do need to be client facing with excellent interpersonal and problem resolution skills.
Day to day duties will include answering support desk calls, analysing and resolving ticketed problems.
The ideal person will also be capable of problem identification, problem resolution and trying to ensure technical issues do not repeat themselves,
ITIL, Dynamics 365 or JIRA useful although experience around Microsoft Dynamics CRM is essential.
