Are you an IT Support Engineer with experience in an ITIL 1st / 2nd line service & support environment that involves logging and managing calls from internal staff via telephone and service desk requests?
You will need to have technical experience with Windows 7 / 8.1 / 10, basic Active Directory knowledge as well as having exposure to Wireless technologies and mobile devices. You will also have a good understanding of MS Office 2010 / 2013.
This is a 12 months’ FTC but there is a possibility this role could go permanent in the future. Whilst this is currently mainly remote with 1 day a week in the office, this could increase to 3 – 4 days in the future so you will need to be within a commutable distance of their offices in Crawley and be a car owner due to the location.
