New Permanent role for a bright capable 1st/2nd line IT Support Engineer to join our client based near Ashford, Kent.

Current or recent experience of providing IT support needed.

The role will involve providing support on a 2 shift rota beweek 8am and 6pm Monday to Friday with occasional out of house work (project work upgrading IT systems etc.)

Excellent interpersonal skills essential as you will provide support over the phone and via email.

Technically you will have experience around a broad range of IT tech from Office365, remote desktop access, networking and PC hardware / software etc.

Car driver needed as some onsite work expected.
