IT Support Engineer – Windows, 1st/2nd line

Job Description


Our client based near Ashford, Kent is looking for an additional team member to join its IT support team.

Ideally with 1 years experience as a minimum, the role will involve providing telephone, email and web support to a large user base.

Issues come through via support software and it will be your responsibility to reply / answer  /resolve the technical issues or escalate.

The role is 1st / 2nd line support across Windows, MacOS, iPhone, Android operating systems and will include Office365, remote log in, PC hardware, networking, server and cloud issues.
