2nd Line Support, Service Desk, Office365, AD, Networking, iOS, Android, Video Conference (Cisco), Market Data (Bloomberg/ Reuters). SCCM, APP-V, Trading support, Front Office, VIP support

Jump IT has a brand new permanent position for a 2nd Line IT Service Desk professional to join this leading Investment Management company

The role is currently remote, but there is an occasional need to travel into the Covent Garden based offices (parking provided currently) and will involve some potential International Travel!

Key person fit needed:

* Calm, methodical, problem solving manner
* Excellent interpersonal skills (written & verbal)
* Enthusiastic and keen to deliver a supreme service to users
* Solid permanent work history
* Team player

Essential Technical skills needed are:

* Remote support of Office365, Networking, Mobile Technologies, Video conferencing
* Front office support skills
* Some Market Data experience (Bloomberg or Reuters)
* AD, SCCM, Application Packaging

Being part of a small knit technical team the person fit is critical to this as well as previous / recent / current experience in this type of role.

A degree level education or any technical qualifications a bonus

Salary to £40K max for this role plus benefits.
