Great new permanent opportunity – Based Dorking, Surrey.

Our client is looking to recruit an additional team member to its 1st/2nd Line Service Desk team.

Supporting over 500 users your role will be varied and involve:

* 1st/2nd Line support desk logging and problem resolution
* Project Work
* Preparing new hardware for users
* Migrations and upgrades

The role would ideally suit someone with 12 months or more support desk experience or potentially a bright capable IT literate individual within commuting distance of Dorking!

The role is office based so will not suit candidates looking for hybrid or remote work.
