IT Help Desk – 1st Line, Windows, Lan, Office

NEW PERMANENT ROLE for a 1st/2nd line Help Desk Engineer to join our client working from their Dorking offices.

The role will be 4 days a week in the office as you will log and answer IT support calls over the phone, via email and face to face deskside.

Current or recent experience around Help Desk/Service Desk support, or providing 1st/2nd line support useful but it is critical that you are within commuting distance of Dorking, and have excellent interpersonal skills.

Technically the support team will resolve:

PC Hardware/Software issues (Windows 11)


LAN / Networking

In quiet times there will also be project work to undertake including roll outs, preparing IT kit for users.

Permanent only, based Dorking so you must live withing commuting distance.

Hours cover from 8am till 6pm
