We have a new Permanent position only for an experienced IT Service Delivery professional to Head up and lead a team of 30 staff via several direct reports.
Strong experience across IT Service Delivery and ITIL essential.
Reporting to CIO the role will manage the 3 key areas of Service Desk/Client support; Infrastructure; Service Management across our financial services business.
The ideal candidate will have gravitas, excellent interpersonal skills, strong leadership and a collaborative approach ideally gained in a large scale or financial services business (our client has over 5 Million customers).
