We are looking for 2 bright, capable and personable Customer Success Managers to join our client.

Strong account management / relationship management skills essential alongside a proven ability to upsell/cross sell additional services.

Key skills we are looking for are candidates that are easy to engage with and excel at cultivating and further developing established relationships within major corporate customer environments. We do need applicants that have operated beyond small to mid sized organisations, and ideally at EMEA or global level.

Experience operating successfully in SaaS / Technology Solutions marketplace a huge advantage.

The role is one third relationship management; one third renewal delivery; one third upselling / cross selling.

We are not looking for new business developer or someone that is after pure sales roles.

The job will be split as home based but with some need to go to the Kent offices for team meet ups etc.
