Job Description


Our client is looking to start and grow an internal Business Support function within its IT tech team. Consequently we have been asked to find 2 bright, capable individuals with experience of the following:-

* Business application support
* Customer service / service desk / Help desk skills
* Microsoft Dynamics experience (not just a user but able to do more than add/delete a user)
* Excellent documentation skills
* ITIL training or certification

Characteristics /personal traits needed would include:

* Logical mindset with good problem resolution skills
* Methodical, willing to get to the bottom of a problem
* Team player, willing to share ideas and solutions

Permanent role only, you do need to be within commuting distance of East Croydon for some work in the office moving forward.
