We have an urgent new permanent position to join our globally successful SaaS client in this key role

The successful candidate needs to be an experienced, professional, client facing Business Analyst as you will be the key liaison between clients based internationally, senior management and internal IT teams.

Calm, professional with excellent stakeholder / relationship management skills it is expected that you will be/have:-

* Degree level education
* ISEB/BCS/PM qualifications
* Ability to translate complex business requirements
* Strong BA/PM tools experience
* Good understanding around UX/IU / customer journeys
* BPMN, UML, Data / Dashboards and reporting

The person fit is critical to this role, so strong customer engagement skills needed alongside an ability to take people on the BA journey with you.

Ideally we are seeking someone with a stable working history and able to work in Tunbridge Wells.
