Our client is a hugely successful Financial Services company based near Covent Garden/Soho.

Due to continued business growth we have been asked to find 2 capable 1st/2nd Line support professionals to join and support their London office staff.

Experience of working for a financial services company supporting 100-200 users would be useful but not essential.

The main requirements are:

* Solid experience of 2nd line support both face to face and via email/phone/service desk.
* Good 2nd line support experience of Office365, AD, Networking, Mobile devices and video conferencing solutions.
* Experience of supporting remote users/home workers.

Ideally this would be something for someone with 1-5 years 1st/2nd line support skills. Any certification on top of experience useful.

Candidates do need to live within easy commuting distance of the central London offices as onsite support will be required (as/when allowed).
