Our client is a tech start up based Tunbridge Wells.

Due to continued business growth they are looking to recruit 2 additional 1st Line / Help Desk Support professionals with current / recent experience of working on an IT based help desk.

The role will involve 1st line IT and Product support and needs an awareness of Active Directory and Networking but it is not a more technical role.

Scope to be involved with QA and testing when incoming calls are low.

Permanent role only. Car driver needed. To start asap.
