Job Description

Our client is looking for a bright capable 1st / 2nd Line Support professional to join its IT team based in Sevenoaks.

Supporting 70-80 users locally, you must be extremely comfortable providing support via a Service Desk / Help Desk across:-

* Windows Operating Systems
* MS Office
* Hardware, Software, Printers
* Networking (Cisco useful)
* Telephony (Avaya used)
* ITIL Useful

You will also be involved with support and project work to a main UK office in quieter times too

Excellent interpersonal skills expected (verbal and written)! The role is essentially Monday to Friday 8:45 to 5:30.

Permanent position only, the role is easily accessible from the main line station and whilst home based initially there will be a need to work in the Sevenoaks office when deemed 100% safe.
