If you had asked me 30 years ago what the future would be like for work, technology and recruitment, I would have been completely wrong in any of my guesses.

Not even close.

If you had told me 5 years ago, when I was sitting in an office 5 days a week, that in 2025 I would be working from home full-time, I wouldn’t have believed you.

We are seeing more clients return to a hybrid work model (which I personally do feel is very important, particularly for the younger generation making friendships, building relationships etc.)

Anyone willing to guess what working will be like in 5-10 years?

Will we have jobs of the same quality jobs we have now?

Or even more?
Will AI & robots finally take over the world…or fail completely?
