Now, it hasn’t always been perfect.

Last week, we had a situation that I had never experienced before with a candidate!

I once (and the client) unknowingly had a twin attend a face-to-face interview, and the other twin start the job (it was for a bank too)

There have also been 2 (sadly) instances of candidates struggling with personal issues.

Once, a candidate was mugged en route to the interview AND, despite that, attended the interview and got the job!

Two instances that I cannot mention.

Several times, we have been targeted by fraudulent spam businesses that would have destroyed our business.

However!

I have been fortunate to have only ever had 2 (yes TWO) companies in my whole recruitment career with Jump and before that used our services and then refused to pay a fee (I have never forgotten either of the employers or people involved btw!)

The work has been brilliant in terms of the success we have, the candidates whose lives we have affected positively, and so many businesses that have grown (sold to major corporations, in some cases)
