Always good to help someone that asks

We’re not able to help every candidate who contacts us, as we tend to have a limited number of roles to offer.

However, if a candidate calls us and asks for help or advice, we’re happy to share our expertise. It can result in them finding employment via another recruiter or directly with an employer.

This was from a candidate I spoke to 3 months ago and who sent me a WhatsApp yesterday.

They didn’t have to take the time, but they clearly recognised that some free advice/tips/help we gave him ultimately made a difference.
