Are AI Interviews the future?

A few things I personally take from this article.

Firstly, how would you react to being interviewed by an AI robot?

Personally, I would walk out.

Secondly, OK, so we all use AI in some way as part of our daily role (it’s checked my spelling). But recruitment and hiring into your business is about people. The individual. The skillset. The RIGHT person fit!

Having an AI-written CV shouldn’t define your opportunities

Recruiters saying they have had too many applicants and don’t have the time – you aren’t doing your job properly.

Hiring is all about people. Speaking to the person, understanding them, and asking questions about their skills and experience.

We often get a huge volume of candidates applying for certain roles, but I can honestly say I review the vast majority of those CV’s applying as I want our clients to get the best person.

That’s right, I want the best person for our client, not the best AI-written CV

What are your thoughts and experience of AI in interviews?

Are we relying too much on AI to identify the best human for the job?
