This is a brand new permanent position to join this innovative start up company based from Surrey.
A strong background of ITIL Customer / Technical Support across a Cloud, Office365 environment essential as you will work closely with clients to ensure problem identification and resolution across the technology stack.
It is absolutely essential that you have:
* 2-3 years minimum tech / client support
* Incident Management / Problem Resolution
* ITIL (practitioner or foundation)
* Strong IT service desk process experience
* Good AWS or Azure
* Office365 and SharePoint
* Excellent client support / interpersonal skills expected
Nice to have skills include:
* Atlassian Suite
* AWS / Azure certification
Architectural skills a bonus.
This role could suit a hands on manager /team lead / supervisor of tech support with strong process experience.
