Technical Support - Office 365, Help Desk, 1st/2nd Line

Our client is looking for a new IT support person to join its small technical team supporting users across the IT infrastructure.

Calm in nature with excellent interpersonal skills the ideal candidate will be extremely comfortable supporting users across a wide range of technical systems both over the phone and face to face up to senior management level.

Technically it is important that you have the following skills:-

* Able to take support calls from initial call to completion (call logging, resolution etc.)
* Windows operating systems
* Office365 (admin of)
* PC and network hardware (fixed, mobile devices and routers)
* Broad IT support skills
* IT Project work

The role will involve a range of duties so needs someone competent across a wide range of skills.

Permanent position only. To start Jan 2020.
