Senior HR Officer - CIPD, 200+ Staff, Kensington - Full Time / 4 days

HR Officer, HR Advisor, HR Analyst, HR Business Partner, CIPD


This is a completely new role, and is NOT to replace someone leaving.

Our client is a leader in its field and employ 200+ staff across several global locations.

Due to continued busines growth the HR Manager is keen to recuit a 3rd person in to the UK HR team to help support / cover for the HR Manager whilst not in the UK offices; provide HR insight and expertise to the the whole HR team;  expanding HR services to the business; making HR efficiency improvements across the business

Ideally you will part / qualifed in your CIPD or equivalent (3, 5 or 7).

2-3 years minimum HR experience essential as it is not a junior HR role or HR admin.

Experience of the following HR duties needed:

* Capable of supporting the HR Manager

* Running workshops

* New starter inductions

* Recruitment

* HR Admin

* General office management duties

* HR Project work

* Ensure best HR and staff working practice company wide

* Junior HR admin supervision

Clearly you must be a people person equally adept at answering a wide range of HR questions as well as ensuring the global offices provide a great working environment

The role could be 4 days a week but it does need to be based in London though.

There will be a need for occasional pre booked UK travel

Ideally it would suit someone looking to step up in to a bigger HR environment with more staff, and can offer some global HR potential / reporting OR someone with more HR experience looking for a better work life balance. Either way it is a great opportunity for someone willing to get stuck in and equally comfortable with ordering the coffee to procurement to ensuring staff wellbeing to running HR projects.
